I've paid for QB 2002, 2005, 2008, 2010 and now 2013 (purchase 4 licenses for our office on Amazon)

Like other reviewers, I'm pissed at Intuit for forcing us to upgrade to continue to use Intuit Merchant Service. All get "sunset" 5/31/2013.

Upgrade Hell
So we verified our 2010 database, upgraded to 2013, verified in 2013 and then on our second transaction in 2013, the check book registered disappeared. So now what? I spent about 20 hours on the phone with tech support. They finally told me - we think the problem is not with QB, but with my QB database file! So now the problem was something Tech support fix, but there was a new group, the data service department! I could for $300, send my database to Intuit, wait 5 - 7 business days and maybe have the corruption fixed. Of course, my business is dead in its tracks for the last week so not too keen in waiting another week. My staff has been recording transactions in Excel.
